Who I am
Space & Services
My office is located on the North side of Driggs and I also see clients virtually, meaning I can meet you wherever you are! Movement is integral to nervous system healing, so I provide access to many of the tools necessary for your process and recommendations for at-home modifications.
I firmly believe everyone should have agency and choice in their mental wellness. To meet the needs of anyone who may be interested in my services, I offer a needs-based sliding fee scale in addition to my regular rate.
Hi there! I’m Rachel. I am a Queer and Neurodiversity-affirming therapist working with adults, teens, and children who are looking for ways to feel whole and connected. I use a mix of modalities including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Synergetic Play Therapy, sand tray therapy, mindfulness, and movement into my work with clients to facilitate integration from the body forward.
I’m informed by how immediate and intergenerational experiences of challenge and oppression shape our worldviews and embodied experiences. I believe we all have the capacity to heal through relationships with one another. I bring compassion, curiosity, play, and intuition to my sessions, and I look forward to connecting with you!
“If you have come here to help me you are wasting your time, but if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.”
